When is it rosacea?

I get calls all the time from people who have been diagnosed by a dermatologist as having rosacea. They ask about which products would be best for them, how to you use something, when to use it – basic questions that everyone should ask. Occasionally though, I’ll have people call me who have never been diagnosed. These people have surfed the web and decided that they have rosacea and that nothing else could be wrong.
